Our seven-week course will guide you through Fed's seven secrets to heal your gut and feel amazing!
Each week, this transformational course will unlock a secret, working our way through seven chakras, nutrrition, detox and cleansing techniques and amazing practices to reset your mindset so you can truly improve your health and well-being, and live a fulfilling and happy life – all naturally!
After the foundation course, you have the opportunity to progress your learning and development with another seven deep-dive courses - one for each of the secrets that you learnt on the Foundation course.
WE-llness Club

The WE-llness Club is a membership area where you can find a huge amount of resources to deepen your knowledge around our seven secrets to heal your gut and feel amazing!
Here you will find lessons on each area of your life as well as e-books, documentaries, factsheets, research papers, monthly recipe packs, and resources for you to keep your knowledge up whilst experiencing first-hand techniques and tips for transforming your life!

NLP COACHING

Although places are very limited to work with Fed 1:1, these sessions are the most amazing way to remove limiting beliefs and change your mindset to thrive with your gut health and general health and well-being.
Coaching can be practical advice about your health and nutrition or more focused on your mindset to help you tackle whatever might be holding you back and to stay motivated and accountable.
Packages start at £500 for 4 sessions, but let's face it - you get Fed's undivided attention and personalised advice, programmes and support. AND a personal fan rooting for you all the way!
EVENTS

Every month, Fed will bring you a webinar on the topic of the month, which will also help you focus on a specific area of our health and wellbeing. These webinars interlock together like pieces of a puzzle to help you take control of your health and to manifest the life of your dreams!
We provide these seminars FREE to our members, but we also charge £7 each for non members who would like to join us and experience some magic!
On top of this, we also run FREE Full Moon Celebrations and 4 seasonal Summits (see details on our events pages) to help you adjust to the influences that planets, seasons, and our environment can bring to our lives.
